- talk you through the timetables and procedures involved
- liaise with your estate agent about the sale of your current home.
Our Site Managers
Our highly trained site managers can explain the more technical details of the interior and exterior features of your home, even before it’s built.
And before you move in, we will give you our ‘At Home’ manual containing all the information about your home, such as NHBC warranties, appliance guarantees, operating manuals and other paperwork.
After you've move in
Our service doesn't end the day you move in. When our construction team has left the site, our customer service centres across the country will be there for you. Your At Home manual will give you full details of what to do if you have a problem, and how we can help. Our local, 24-hour emergency care line is available for the two years of your Laing Homes guarantee.
Once you’ve been living in your new home for a month or so, we’ll send you a customer satisfaction survey. Please take the time to fill it in, as your responses help us to make the differences that have earned us our reputation as one of the industry leaders in customer service.
